How to Relieve Brain Fatigue

If fatigue does not go away no matter how much you rest, you should suspect ‘brain fatigue’. If the brain fatigue state is not addressed, the three major systems of the immune system, endocrine system, and autonomic nervous system are weakened and various diseases are easy to occur.

When an abnormality occurs in the immune system, various infections such as enteritis, gastritis, stomatitis, allergies, and cancer can occur. Also, if there is a problem in endocrine metabolism, obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver occur. If there is an abnormality in the autonomic nervous system, heart disease, high blood pressure, insomnia, menopausal disorders, and depression can occur.

If these symptoms appear, it is important to relieve brain fatigue immediately. Let’s refer to the following methods to relieve brain fatigue.

Table of Contents

  • Take a walk in the sun
  •  Chew your food well
  •  Go to bed before 10pm

Take a walk in the sun

To get a good night’s sleep and rest your brain, take a walk in the morning sunlight. At this time, the light entering the retina synthesizes serotonin, which is the happiness hormone. Serotonin synthesizes the hormone melatonin, which is secreted during sleep, and prevents depression.

Chew your food well

Chewing your food well can reduce brain fatigue. This is because of peroxidase, an enzyme in saliva that is secreted when you eat food. Peroxidase keeps cells healthy by removing free radicals that cause fatigue.

 Go to bed before 10pm

Improving the quality of your sleep is the key to resting your brain. To do this, you need to go to bed between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. In both children and adults, growth hormone is secreted during the first 90 minutes of bedtime. It plays a decisive role in relieving fatigue. If you miss this time period and fall asleep at dawn, you may be more tired the next day.
